Abalam Tablet is a combination of two drugs, Abacavir and Lamivudine, used to treat HIV infection. Both Abacavir and Lamivudine are nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors. Abalam Tablet interferes with the working of nucleotide and nucleoside reverse transcriptase enzymes necessary for virus reproduction.
